The Digital Wellbeing & Mindfulness programme tackles one of the most widespread modern challenges: technological overload. Constant screens, notifications and multitasking have created a new kind of stress that affects sleep, concentration, productivity and emotional balance.
Our programme combines neuroscience, psychology, clinical mindfulness and digital habits to teach you how to live well with technology. You will learn to reduce anxiety, improve your focus, manage your mental energy and build routines that protect your wellbeing.
A programme built around you
Questionnaires, screen-time analysis and short tests of attention and mental fatigue.
Screen-free time zones, notification rules, day structure and technology tools to limit exposure.
Guided, adapted mindfulness sessions: breathing practice, body scan and applied meditation.
Heart coherence techniques, polyvagal breathing and micro-practices to lower physiological arousal.
Neurocognitive exercises, blocks of productive work (clinical pomodoro) and recovery strategies between tasks.
Interventions to improve sleep hygiene: light exposure, evening routines and limiting blue light.
Work on managing expectations, setting boundaries and preventing digital burnout.
Progress monitoring (self-reports and metrics) with adjustments every 2–6 weeks.
A set of rules and habits that reduce unnecessary exposure (notification-free windows, regular breaks, screen-free time), designed around your life and your work.
The initial plan includes short routines (5–20 minutes) and structured working practices; the daily investment is modest, but the return in wellbeing and productivity is high.
